Context & objectives
Groupe DomusVi engaged BeMaterial (formerly NSW Conseil) to reinforce its CSR team and lead key projects for structuring the Group CSR approach, integrating sustainability into operations, and anticipating compliance of its CSR report with the new Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) requirements.
Our approach
- 1Double materiality analysis with consultation of internal and external stakeholders
- 2Leveraging materiality results to strengthen the CSR approach and define CSR report content
- 3Structuring the Group CSR roadmap, defining objectives and key performance indicators
- 4Creation of a toolkit to manage and steer the CSR approach
- 5Creation of a CSR self-assessment tool to mobilise 500 facilities in the Group CSR approach
- 6Support to the HR department in integrating CSR competencies into job descriptions
- 7Support to the legal department in implementing the duty of vigilance
