Context & objectives

Groupe Valtus engaged BeMaterial (formerly NSW Conseil) to turn a constraint into an opportunity: using the EcoVadis questionnaire to diagnose CSR maturity, identify improvement areas, and execute key actions to progress.

Our approach

  • 1Facilitation of workshops with key business functions to define CSR commitments, objectives, indicators and action plans
  • 2Formalisation of social, environmental, responsible procurement policies and an ethics charter (commitments, objectives, indicators and action plans)
  • 3Formalisation of a supplier code of conduct
