Context & objectives
After a disappointing 2025 EcoVadis result, down from Silver to Bronze, Praticima set out to improve its sustainability performance in a structured way.
The goal was to prepare for a reassessment in 2025, aiming for a significant leap in EcoVadis score ahead of upcoming tenders, with the ambition of reaching the Gold medal.
Amid competing internal priorities, Praticima engaged BeMaterial to pinpoint where its EcoVadis score could improve and to see the work through.
Our approach
- In-depth EcoVadis diagnostic to clarify results, identify the main areas for improvement, and define a response strategy aligned with EcoVadis expectations
- Development of a detailed, prioritised action plan covering all EcoVadis themes and aligned with the company's development and sustainability strategy
- Support in upgrading the core documentation and reporting: policies, charters and monitoring tools, to the level EcoVadis requires
- Support in completing the EcoVadis questionnaire: preparing answers with the team, gathering evidence and optimising the document library
