Context & objectives

Supported by BeMaterial since 2022, Creative Spirit has gradually structured and strengthened its sustainability approach to meet stakeholder expectations and showcase its non-financial performance.

As part of a strategic tender process, the goal was to consolidate achievements, align the sustainability approach with the company's strategy, mobilise all group entities and secure an EcoVadis rating that stands out, on a tight timeline.

Our approach

In-depth EcoVadis diagnostic and development of a prioritised action plan linked to company strategy
Support in developing a code of conduct incorporating key ethical risks across the value chain
Co-creation of operational sustainability policies with 3-year objectives and targets
Writing the sustainability report, published at the end of 2025, to formalise and showcase the overall approach
Deployment of a data collection tool (quantitative and qualitative)
Structuring of the document library and support in completing the EcoVadis questionnaire

Continuous improvement in EcoVadis score: 56/100 in 2021 (before engagement) → 87/100 in 2025
