Context & objectives
Supported by BeMaterial (formerly NSW Conseil) since 2022, Creative Spirit has progressively structured and strengthened its CSR approach to meet stakeholder expectations and showcase its extra-financial performance.
In 2024, as part of a strategic tender process, the goal was to consolidate achievements, align the CSR approach with the company's strategy, mobilise all group entities, and achieve a differentiated EcoVadis rating — within tight deadlines.
Our approach
- 1In-depth EcoVadis diagnostic and development of a prioritised action plan linked to company strategy
- 2Drafting of a code of conduct incorporating key ethical risks across the value chain
- 3Co-creation of operational CSR policies with 3-year objectives and targets
- 4Development of a CSR report to formalise and showcase the overall approach
- 5Deployment of a data collection tool (quantitative and qualitative)
- 6Structuring of the document library and completion of the EcoVadis questionnaire
Key results
The in-depth diagnostic carried out upfront gave us a solid starting point. It allowed the project to begin in the right conditions and reassured the team in charge of the EcoVadis response. BeMaterial's support, marked by a very high level of professionalism, helped the project team move forward with confidence and achieve excellent results. It has been a real driver of progress in Creative Spirit's CSR journey and fits perfectly with our culture of continuous improvement.
